We offer refunds on items providing they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. To do this you must inform us by emailing us at email@example.com or by requesting a refund via our Contact Page. Please quote your order number when doing so. We offer no refunds on any products designated on this site as non-refundable. Please note all Bespoke and Preroll products on this site are non-refundable.
All returns must be unused, unopened, and in original saleable condition with seals and security labels intact where relevant. This is to conserve the natural properties of the product and to prevent degradation. We will only cover delivery costs for returned items if we have made an error on our end.
Please note we cannot refund items based off not liking the smell or taste of a product. Although every care is taken by our suppliers to ensure all teas are seedless, please take into account that hemp tea buds can (albeit rarely) contain seeds.
Once a return has been received we will send out an email confirmation. If approved, then the refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. We do not refund delivery or handling costs. If a return is not approved due to having breached our returns policy, it will be the responsibility of the consumer to cover delivery costs if they wish to have the item sent back to them.
We recommend using a tracked service for any high value returns. We cannot be held responsible if products are seized, held or confiscated by postal services, customs, enforcement agencies or governing authorities. Any duty, import, or general taxes or fees for sending our product to or from an international country will be passed to the customer; we are not responsible for these extra charges. By placing an order you agree that any international orders held by customs or is lost in transit cannot be refunded.
